RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that our in store purchase return policy differs from our online purchase policy.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Full-priced merchandise returns or exchanges purchased between now and December 24th will be a part of am extended holiday return period - all purchases must be returned or exchanged by Saturday, January 15th, 2022. All items must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in perfect condition.

HAVEN IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns for a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Clothing and shoes must be unworn, in pristine condition, tags attached. Products must be unopened. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund on your original payment method. Returns 7 days after your purchase and up to 14 days are for store credit only.

To exchange a full-priced item(s), please reach out to us to confirm the exchange. Kindly note that exchange costs are not covered by HAVEN and are to be paid by the customer. As we’re a small business, we have limited inventory. We suggest placing a new order for the correct item/size immediately, as we can’t guarantee availability by the time your exchange is back to us. We’ll refund your original payment for the returned item.

Final sale items include: Jewelry, vintage, swimsuits, undergarments, pantry items, and all discounted/sale items. These items will not be accepted back for return or exchange under any circumstances.
